Pink Birthday Cake

This was a super fun cake to make for my nieces 2nd and 4th birthdays.  Perfect for 2 little girls who love all things pink and sparkly. It's a vanilla cake with vanilla pudding and fondant ruffles.

Relay For Life

St. Charles is having a Relay for Life bake sale and auction.  This was my donation.  The sides of the cake say "Hope" and "Dream." 

Not So Topsy Turvy

I tried to make a topsy turvy cake for a big dance but as we were putting it together the middle tier started ripping and sliding off it's bases.  Last minute  design changes saved the cake. 

Monster Birthday

This cake is exactly what the birthday boy asked for.....3 eyes, 3 teeth, and funny looking!!!

Birthday in Paris

My lovely niece turned 15 this year and asked me to make her a cake.  The Eiffel Tower is made out of chocolate and was suppose to go on top of the cake.  However, I totally misjudged the size and it ended up being WAY to big.

Lemon cake with lemon cream cheese filling. 

Fashion Diva

Fun birthday cake my daughter and I worked on together for a friends little girl.  The cake was white almond with swirls of pink and purple, vanilla pudding filling and Italian buttercream icing.

Shakespeare

This cake was for my kids Shakespeare Cast Party.  It's chocolate with chocolate pudding filling on one side and vanilla with vanilla pudding on the other side.  Mr. Shakespeare was made using sugar paper, a first for me. 

I made these for my son's 5th birthday.  He loves Phineas and Ferb!
