This was a super fun cake to make for my nieces 2nd and 4th birthdays. Perfect for 2 little girls who love all things pink and sparkly. It's a vanilla cake with vanilla pudding and fondant ruffles.

One of my favortie things to do for my 6 children is bake fun birthday cakes. I have no offical training and no real knowledge of how to create an edible piece of art. What I do have is a desire to create a fun and yummy tradition...something my children can look forward to each year. Something that was made with love just for them.
