Elmer the Elephant
Jacen's 4th Birthday
It was a given that my little animal loving boy needed an animal themed cake. One of his favorite books is Elmer the Elephant. 
The cake is red velvet with cream cheese icing. The feet, ears and truck are rice krispies. 
I gave in a little and let Elaina help place the squares and make an ear.
