Spring Flowers

This was my 3rd Wilton class cake final. The cake itself is a triple layer white chocolate sour cream cake with cookies and cream filling. The flowers are ones we made in class and some I made at home. The basketweave and rope border were both new techniques.

Kinda glad I don't have to sit by that in class anymore! Your amazing flowers are gorgeous, but a bit intimidating! Lovely, lovely job. You should teach the next class! ; )
