I've been dreaming about making a topsy turvy cake for a while now but it seemed so difficult that I didn't dare attempt it. My daugthers 13th birthday seemed like a good time to gather everything I've learned and put it all into 1 GIGANTIC cake!!
Each tier is 3 layers of delicous goodness. The bottom is chocolate fudge with chocolate pudding, the middle is lemon with lemon curd cheesecake filling, and the top is vanilla with chocolate cream filling. Instead of making marshmallow fondant I tried out Ice N Easy Fondant.
