These creations were a joint adventure with Jacobi. They were for her kiddos and I'm so thrilled she let me join in on the fun.

Alix and several other talented teens just finished a Shakespeare production of Much Ado About Nothing. This cake was made to recognize their achievement and celebrate a cast members 17th birthday. 
These cakes were layered with white and chocolate cake, cookies n' cream filling, cream cheese buttercream, and marshmallow fondant. The raised areas were made with modeling chocolate. These were really fun to make and such a cool technique to try out.
